Happenings at Mission Central

Mission Central

Not one but two Missionary families from Taiwan were here on July 22nd 2023!

It truly was one of those special days at the Lord's Mission Central!  Yes, we had the honor and privilege of hearing in person reports from our Missionary Teachers, Andrew and Noel Schaff, who teach at Concordia Middle School and you will see their picture attached in our office with our Jesus and also these folks presenting to a large crowd for the day

Then we heard the report from Rev. Michael Paul and his wife Irene, who serve as Theological Educators there in Taiwan.  They are pictured with Rev. Paul presenting and their new picture taken in our office with our Boss in the background.

Then you will notice the wonderful photo of a group of pastors and laypeople praying for these dear missionaries, and sending them off to the Lord's calling.

It was one of those days that we will never forget and we had visitors from Holstein, Iowa, Clarinda, Iowa, Harbine, Nebraska, and Cambridge, Nebraska and Schleswig, Iowa.

A hot meal was served to 52 visitors by volunteers from St. Matthew Lutheran Church. They were Lin Scott, Rita Lafrentz, Maxine Thies, and Joan Chandler.
